I stayed for 3 nights and was quite disappointed with the lack of service. Despite paying full price, my room felt neglected with barely any housekeeping, and the coffee amenities were not restocked. To make matters worse, I was given a room with no view, just a wall, which didn’t match my expectations at all.

The location was spot on! Right across from the beach, we spent hours relaxing and watching the surfers catch waves. The staff were fantastic, super friendly and attentive, especially Prudence who helped with breakfast.

What a delightful surprise! Waking up to dolphins frolicking in the ocean each morning was a treat. The team here was incredibly kind, going out of their way to make our family feel special, even sharing apples with us during breakfast! The views from the deck made dining a memorable experience.
